Editor: ShoutBox Workout Timer is a FREE fully programmable round timer for interval training. ShoutBox works in Two Ways. First, it lets you set sounds to play at the beginning, ending and throughout the round. Second, it lets you pick a set of sounds to be "shouted" at random times through out the round. Use it for sparring, heavy bag training, or shadow boxing.
